Realizing a family member is nearing the end of their life can be challenging, even overwhelming. A hospice service must first listen well and provide care that is attentive to the particular needs of the patient and family. I am proud to be a part of this excellent team of experienced providers of hospice care.

“I consider it an honor and privilege to serve alongside great professionals who genuinely care about our patients and families. It’s truly humbling to know that we are making a valuable impact during the final days of their lives and transition. To be part of this wonderful team has been an amazing and fulfilling experience for me”

I have had such an amazing experience working with this company for almost 2 decades.

My favorite part has been going out into the field and witnessing first hand through verbal testimonies what kind of impact our work has on their lives.

My personal growth has taken me from a wide-eyed data entry clerk to a caring and confident alternate administrator helping chart the course for our company’s future.

Providing hospice care is both a calling and a privilege.

It is an honor to have people trust us to provide them and their families comfort during the most challenging time of their life.

I hold this trust with the utmost importance and strive to ensure that I have the best team the hospice field can offer.

Haley Baughman

Nursing is something I have always held with such a high regard.

I enjoy working on a deeper level with my patients and their families.

It is my goal to make sure we all work together as a team and all feel heard, respected and validated.

I take pride in providing education and I do everything in my power to make sure our patients and families have all of the tools they could possibly need.

I have been a pastor and missionary in the past, but never felt such clear sense of calling and being in my work as I have with hospice work.

Having passed through troubled waters of my own, I’ve come to really see that God is good all the time and all the time God is good. Now,

I have the privilege of bringing that simple message to those who are suffering and heavily laden.
